Gathering information on our campers is vital to the success ofour program.  Moreover, the Univ. of Geogia has very specific requirements for all campers that will be participating this summer.

Please note that although you have registered online these forms are still required and must be FAXED to 866-596-6248 or scanned and emailed to  Steve Nugent  prior to coming to camp.  No camper can participate without these documents filled out completely. Thank you for your cooperation.
